The service here is great! I'm glad I didn't go to some other cheap/bad service place - Milam Optical actually cares and will work with you. Awesome place, I won't go anywhere else. more

Horrible service and products that don't last 4/24/2008

We have been to their offices four times and have been treated rudely each time. Three times it has been to fix a lens that keeps popping out. They struggle to find our file. waste our time. and they never attempt to appologize. we're taking our business to Costco, you should, too. more
