Prompt and Excellent service at a fair price- I agree, Mitch is the man. I received a few estimates from other companies but they kept saying it was going to cost over 200. I was starting to get worried until I called this company they came over a few hours later took a look at the door advised me to replace both springs but since I was on a tight budget they decided to help me out and get the lower grade springs for less than half the price. The tech lubricated and adjusted my door and replaced a cracked hinge on the panel at no additional cost. From now on I will call this company for any problems I have with my garage door. more

Joe was very professional and courteous in his explanation of what fixes were required for a smoother door operation and minor repairs. His style was not a hard sell but was very informative. Based on this explanation my wife and I agreed to his recommendations and he performed the work. He did it quickly and efficiently and showed me how everything was now working before he left our house. Would recommend this company more

Let me just say this, and it will speak for itself: My garage repair guy asked if I wanted something from Starbucks when he was on his way over to fix my garage. WOW. That was the best latte I've ever had. And the best garage repair job I've ever had. I will never go with anyone else. more

This garage door company is the way to go. They were prompt to return calls and arrived on time. We had a 25 year+ door that moved slow and sounded horrible. Brett was able to inspect and explain as he went what was in good shape (the door itself) and what needed attention. He took his time and there wasn't a hint of sales pressure at all. In the end we needed a few replacement parts and general maintenance. The door silently glides like new and is now safe. We had checked with a few other local companies that advertise a ton; steer clear of some of those, you will be told the sky is falling and you need hundreds to thousands of dollars to make your door safe and well functioning. You owe it to yourself to check with this garage door company before you buy!! more
