I contacted Mike and left a phone message on Monday 052713. We had a heavy rain storm and it was quickly discovered that we had a major problem with our gutters. It should be noted that our gutters and gutter guards were newly installed in 2002 and had not been cleaned since. We were ignorant to the fact that they needed to be cleaned at least once a year. Mike returned our call on 052813 and stated that he was very busy, but would make the time to squeeze us into his schedule. We received a call on 053013 from his sister, who stated that he would come out on Friday 053113 or Saturday 060113. On the morning of 053113, we contacted Mike and he stated that he would take care of us on his way home on 053113. We had another major rain storm that morning 053113 and it was a relief that Mike was coming. We received a courtesy call from Mike's office that he was on his way @ 1553 hours and he pulled up @ 1608 hours. We were blown away with the quickness and professional service that we received from Mike, his son Conner and Jacob. The manner in which they completed our job was of the highest standard. I am a retired Police Officer and my husband is a retired Marine. When I read that Mike was a retired Firefighter, I was sold because I knew that his integrity was intact and that he had a high work ethic. I was not WRONG!!!! We our so glad that we were able to locate Mike and we will be forever satisfy customer for LIFE!!!! We have made plans to get on Mike's gutter maintenance program for our upcoming gutter services.
