I live in Broken Arrow now but will always drive to Pryor to get needed car care and tires. One of the very few places you can trust to do honest quality work. I was elated with the way my car handled after I took it here for work yesterday!!! (3/8/14) Outstanding! more

I had struts, shocks, brakes, front end wheel alignment, two new tires, and my emergency brake repaired. total cost @ 1500.00 ...now i cant complain because everything that went wrong was repaired, but after I picked up my car the first time I lost my brakes and almost wrecked my car. Thank god for the emergency brake that broke when I pulled it up or it could have been bad. Some good ol boys stopped to help me and bled my brakes...I then paid them 200.00 for helping me get my car back to Pryor from Tahlequah at midnight. I returned my car back to Mikes tires and they assisted me in fixing everything again. We still cant figure out what happened but my car is now safe and everything is fixed. There customer service is the best i have ever experianced and I will return there in the future to have all my vehicles repaired. I was given a nice loaner car while mine was in the shop at no cost to me and that was a blessing! Thank you Mike and Patrick for putting up with me and helping in any way you could! more

Since I have used mikes tires before I knew I would be pleased. However when I got quoted a price 200 dollars less than I expected to pay I was of course extatic. Everything was completed in a timely manner and done with the professionalism I would expect from a business. Thank you guys you did a great job. The only down side to the experience was I would have liked to have had more options on my tread pattern choices but was still happy with what I got. more

went for an oil change, when I got checked in I was told there would be a bit of a wait due to people ahead of me...I expected to wait at least 2 hours because they were busy but only had to wait a little over an hour. These guys do a great job and always friendly! more

I went in for an oil change, was greeted when I first went in and all the staff I encountered was friendly as always. Also had a very short wait time. Overall it was a great visit! more

on my last visit to Mikes Tire I was there to have a complete tune-up done including the water pump and belt(s) changed, at their suggestion mind you. On my previous visit to the most recent one is when it was discussed between me and 2 of the employees there that it was time for me to have this work done on my car due to the high mileage...they tell me to call in at least 2 or 3 business days before hand to let them know I will be in so they can make sure they have parts and that the mechanic doing the work will have enough time to get it all done. So I call the 3 days ahead like I was told and they tell me no problem and to come in between 9 & 10am (no set appointment time) which I did, I arrived at 9:30am. when I got there the man that waited on me was very short and rude with me and acted like I had a set appointment and I told him that I did not and that I was told to arrive between 9 & 10. the other gentleman working was discussing it with the one that was rude to me trying to determine if they would have time to do the work, this irritated me further since I was there during the hour time span they told me to be there. they go ahead and do the work and an hour later my car is ready, they tell me the price and at the time I question what work was done and then explain that I was told by them per their suggestion that I have the tune-up done including the pump and belts replaced. he tells me at that time that no they did not have that scheduled for me and had no idea that work needed done. so again I say that it was your suggestion that it all be done at the same time and that is what I was expecting...he then rudely says "well that's a 6 or 7 hr job". discussion is exchanged that I would have to pay for labor twice now if I want that work done at a later time...by now I am very upset and ready to just pay and get out of there. Generally I am very pleased with Mikes Tire and the work they do and their employees and have been in many many times for oil changes and other work. I will however be back in the future simply because I know they will do a good job for me and I am giving the benefit of the doubt that the rude attitude toward me may have not been directed at me at all, I understand we all have bad days and busy days. However though, I will not have the water pump and belt(s) replaced here because of the previous situation. I will take that business from myself elsewhere. more

Convenience, fast friendly service, they provide ride to work, can get service right a way, provide estimates before doing work more
