I found myself at Mike's when I needed a pair of pants hemmed by the following day. I work downtown, needed a place close by and was surprised to find out how few tailors are in the area! Fortunately Mike's seamstress did a good job and I will return with other items. The unfortunate thing about Mike's is that it's located on a part of the K Street Mall that has yet to be redeveloped. The building is old and smells musty. They offer an large selection of men's suits for sale, but I'd be concerned about the "old" smell seeping into the fabric. This is such a great location though as far as convenience, prices were fair, and service was good... I hope their building gets updated and the area gets cleaned up. It's too great of a service to lose downtown!
