Yummy Food 2/25/2010

I love Mike's Pizza and subs. I work seasonal and I eat there atleast 3 times a week. The business is family owned and operated and Everytime I come in they Call me by my name. I only work 4 months out of the year and they still Remember when I come back the next. The food is awesome. I like to change my menu on them sometimes.. I would most def tell everyone about them. If your in the neighborhood stop by and see for yourself. Pros: Everything Cons: None really more

Great casual place with ""authentic"" fresh ingredients 7/7/2009

A best kept secret - I've lived here for the better part of 56 years and just discovered it a few weeks ago, due to an article in the Pilot. The plain cheese pizza was anything but plain or boring. Knowing the fresh claim, when it arrived you could tell by looking at it. Mozzarella made on premises - how often does that happen anymore? Will go back often. It goes to the top of the pizza ordering list. Can't imagine getting anyone else's pizza anymore unless Mike's is closed that day! And the desserts.......straight forward pricing unlike 800 companies - you get a headache reading all their ""specials"" fine print and hidden fees. Great pizza and other foods. Family atmosphere, great prices and very friendly staff. Great local place to go. As an XL person in wheelchair access is definately not a problem! Staff goes out of their way to assist me and family. They know your name after a few visits. It's wonderful place to go. more
