Had to take out door frame to get water heater out. Didn't break anything, and when they replaced water heater made it look better than the old one looked. Did a very fine job since I had expected something to break. Thank You more

I was connected to Mike's Heating & AC through NW Natural Gas. Needed a furnace & AC tuneup and a gas fireplace troubleshoot. Brooke did a good job getting the appointment set up and communicating the information I needed via email. Christian arrived right on time, was professional and knowledgeable, answered all my questions as well as educating me on what to do and not do to keep the equipment working well. He helped me evaluate the pros and cons of specific repairs and provided the associated cost. He is a great teacher. He worked steadily through the issues we encountered but never left me feeling he didn't have time to answer my questions. He deserves a 10 out of 10 score and I can wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing heating/AC service. more
