Mike's Express Carwash

I recently took my car through a Mike's Car Wash and a lady 2 cars in front of me slammed on her breaks so I slammed in to the person in front of me. She is suppose to be resonsible but her insurance will not claim it so you would think Mike's car wash would fix my car right??? NO!!!! Mikes car wash is NOT responsible for anything that happens to your car while your in there. Even though I had NO control over my car and it wasnt my fault that the lady slammed on her breaks.... Mike's car wash's customer service told me that I was out of luck! So be careful because if your car gets damaged, while you're going through (and it happens all the time) you're going to have to fix it because Mike's wont! And a tip for Mike's.... maybe if you didn't run every car through so close together you wouldn't have any problems... but wait... you don't care do you??? You're not liable anyways! Maybe you should let your customers know that before I take my nice car through your crappy car wash! Your sign should said.... ""Wash at your own risk!"" Pros: The employees are friendly and they are fast. Cons: Mike's is not responsible for any damage done to your car while in the car wash... that is ridiculous! more

I took my car here and it was in great condition. I went through the car wash, and it ruined my paint job! They wont even refund the few dollars I spent on the car wash itself.
