Fast and Efficient 12/8/2010

The staff at Network Automotive in Precott, AZ are very knowledgeable. The professional way in which they service their customers is A-1 in my book. I can always count on them to get me in and out in a very timely manner, which is essential given my hectic schedule. I have tried several mechanic shops in the Prescott (tri-city) area, and from my first experience with Heather, Jeff, and the "ENTIRE STAFF" at Network Automotive, I have no reason to look further... Keep up the excellent work guys!!! more

I have taken all my vehicles to network for years and the staff are all experienced in their work and it shows. Honest caring people work at network. I have referred numerous people to network and they are all pleased. Keep up the great work guys....... more

Prescott, Arizona service 12/1/2010

We brought our car into the Network Automotive in Prescott AZ recently and were so thrilled with the service we received. Heather made sure that our car got checked out and the oil changed...our car was so much nicer afterwards. Network Automotive Service Center was very friendly and very knowledgeable. This was my first time using them, and I was referred there by a couple of my friends. They did an overall check and diagnostic of my vehicle but didn't do any work. It was an evaluation to let me know what I need. I will definitely go back again. more

Amazing, but they will not rip you off! They won't do work that is not needed. They won't overcharge. They get it done as soon as possible. Friendly too! Travis is one of their best assets! Keep up the great work! more

Upfront, honest, and reasonable. 11/15/2010

I have used Network Automotive Service Center for 13 years. Travis in particular, and he has been there all that time, has always been upfront, honest, and reasonable in his repair prices. They have worked on multiple cars for me and have done things including the water pump, air conditioning system, shocks, alignment, and timing belts. The work is always pretty good, and if there are any problems they will take care of them. more

Ok Service 4/2/2009

I took my car in for an oil change after seeing their ad in our Church bulletin, and at first, I was satisfied with their service. Then later on, my car was acting up and I took it back and the mechanic told me they could not find the problem. This was frustrating to me as when I would try to start the car in the morning, it would not start up normally. I had to end up taking it to the dealership where they told me that I needed the wires/spark plugs changed. Needless to say, after that, I did not want to use this garage anymore because of a simple problem they could not figure out. more
