The staff here is always helpful and obviously love to geek out about bikes. Zero attitude and a simple passion with a simple goal. ""Get more butts on bikes"". They stock some of the best bike brands on the planet and there apparel selection is unmatched. Mikes Bikes is heavily involved in the promotion of cycling within the local community. They even offer a weekly free clinic where you can learn how to maintain your bicycle. If your looking for a professional, organized bike shop with great customer service you should check them out. **The one star review before me looks exactly like the one i saw posted on Google. Given the owners response I have trouble believing it is credible. more

worst bike shop 2/21/2010

These people ruined a $3000 bike by installing the wrong-size seat post: It cracked the frame, nullifying the frame-manufacturer's warranty. The store manager said he couldn't do anything for me and gave me the owner's e-mail address. The owner didn't respond to my e-mail. I've tried taking the owner to small claims, but there is no way to find an address where he can be served. I have never in my life had this horrible an experience with any retailer. I'd give them zero stars or negative stars if I could. Cons: take the money and run more
