I had my 2008 Nissan Altima repainted Mike’s Auto Body 8 years ago and it still looks like new. I took my car in last week for some minor scratches on the rear bumper. They gave me an estimate of $393.00 to repaint the bumper. When they got into the job they noticed the bumper was cracked and recommended that the bumper be replaced. Because they guaranty the quality of their work they wanted to do it right. I appreciated that were honest with me and they didn't want to do it half-assed. I gave them a few extra days and the repair was done on time and it looks like new. When I went to pay my bill it was $393.00. They want totally happy customers. I've had other work done at MBA and the repairs were always done on time and at the price quoted. Their customer service is excellent and their body and paint technicians are Nissan trained. I took my car in with some significant damage to the front end. The technicians at Mike’s thoroughly evaluated the scope of the damage and were careful to repair everything necessary without overdoing it. The final bill was less than the original bid and the car was completed earlier than promised. most importantly, the quality of their work was perfect. The car is showroom ready and the work they did is better than any other repair work I have ever had done on any of my other cars over the past 30 years! While I hope not to need their services again, I will not think twice if i need any other body and collision repairs in the future. thank you very much.\r more

I recently had my 7 series repaired at Mike’s Auto Body. There was significant damage and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time (2.5 weeks) and executed with perfection. There is absolutely no trace of the damage. My car looks brand new. The project manager in charge of the work did my car up right. These guy really knows his stuff. He discussed every detail with me at considerable length. He was very patient and accommodating at all times. You can tell that he really wants his costumers to be as informed as possible about everything. Also, I never had to call him because kept me updated regularly. Clearly, he loves what he does. He is personable and attentive. MBA is like a high-end spa for your car, and insofar as it is stress-free and satisfying, for you too. This was my best experience with a body shop.\r more

Wow! What a pleasant waiting room. Last weekend was my first full-service visit. I’ll be a regular customer. It was very clean, friendly, excellent, and I was in and out in less time than expected. Just picked up my silverado from the shop and it looks awesome. Someone rear-ended my truck and it needed paint work and and replacement parts. Mike's, repaired everything in three days and handled the insurance company so that I had nothing to worry about. I called a couple of times to check on the status of the work and they let me know exactly where they were at with the job. They are locally owned shop and I highly recommend Mike's for anyone who needs body work on their vehicle. more

and I could not be happier. It looks brand new and is as clean as when I bought it off the lot. The week it was in the shop, I was very nervous. This was the first time I had ever been in a wreck and I did not know what to expect. I called the shop every day with questions about the car, insurance etc. . . and every day they were all very patient with me and took the time to answer my (sometimes repetitive) questions. They addressed each one of my concerns in a professional manner and made me feel not so psycho. I hope I never need them again but I will refer them to everyone I know. The entire staff was great and Mike really went the extra mile. more

I've known mike a long time and he had alway done great work for me. But this last time that he repaired my car was the worst service I have ever received, from anyone. \r \r For starters, I was told they would have the car for two days, they had the car for five days. On the bill he charged me something that was not done. He was going to take the car to Jack's tuneup for work. The car never made it to Jack's and he gave me excuse why, but when I called Jack's, he informed me that Mike never contacted him.\r \r I will never take my car to Mike's again and I consided Mike a friend. So if he lied to me, he'll lied to you :-( Pros: Mike IS a nice guy Cons: The professionalism is gone more

I just want to thank the repair shop real quick, they gave my wife home a ride home after her wreck a few weeks ago while I was out of town. They paid the tow bill and helped us out until the other guys insurance finally came out and got involved. They rounded up parts and got it fixed and back to us inside of a week. Last time I had my car at a shop in Raymore, same $ amount of damage and they had it 5 weeks. Mike's is way more on top of it in my opinion and tries to help instead of just taking your money. Pros: paid the tow bill and took my wife home more

As far as the repairs, really good quality, it looks as good as it ever did or better which is surprising for a $5k wreck. Pros: top notch repairs and they took care of the insurance Cons: had to crash my car to meet the shop more

Very disapointed in the service I recieved there. First, they will lie and tell you it will be done on a set date only to take a week longer. With no excuse other than being busy. They will not call you, you will have to call them. They will not keep you up to date on delays. Very poor. Pros: nothing Cons: every thing more
