I had a terrible incident with Mike Wanzer Air Conditioning & Appls. I called to schedule for a service repair, my A/C was not cooling correctly. I was excited when they stated that they could come out that afternoon, but then the office called back later on stating that they needed to rescheduled for the next day, since they felt my A/C problems were not considered an emergency. Initially, I was a little put off since I felt my A/C troubles were pretty bad, the thermostat was reading 85 to 87 degrees, and I have small children in the house including a newborn. But, I thought well I guess it could be worse and I went ahead with the reschedule for the next day. I waited all afternoon and finally once 3pm hit, I decided to call and get an update. I was informed that there was a mistake and they thought I had cancelled my appointment, because someone had called to rescheduled and they forgot to get the name of who called, so they assumed it was me. Well, I clearly explained I never called them and I had been waiting all afternoon. Since it was a Friday and we were going into a holiday weekend, I was told that I would have to wait until Tuesday. When I expressed that was a long time to wait, (six days to wait for A/C repairs in a long time when you are in the heat), the female receptionist/owner said,
