Not always the best price 9/4/2005

Great customer service, but often I have to call and find out why my insurance is continuing to rise and come to find out they havd me over insured about $20,000 on my home which was causing an increase in my rates. They did readjust it after we spoke, but not sure if they are keeping tabs on the individual. more
