Went to mike Tate's 99 to have my oil changed. I have a diesel with. 3.2 that holds 12!! Quarts of synthetic. That's just a crazy amount of oil. None the less it was delivered and we are about to be on our merry way again!! Thanks to the crew at mike Tate's 99 at 90 more

Just moved from Wisconsin and was recommended by some of my neighbors. My car barely survived the trip here and when I got my vehicle to the shop I expected to pay over a thousand bucks for repairs. It turned out my car wasn't as bad as I had thought and the repairs were less than 400 bucks. These guys were honest and saved me alot of money. I'll be back and highly recommend these guys. more

Great place to go. I've always gone to discount tire for my tires and these guys were very competible on their prices and took care of my alignment and state inspection in one trip. They were very polite and speedy on their turn around time. I will absolutely be a returning customer. Thanks more

This company is the most honest mechanic shop in the sugar land area that provides not only maintaince to our needs but also customer satisfaction. I have went to several mechanic shops that have overpriced the maintaince needed for my vehicle but this is the only one that I know that is more about the customer than the money. This company makes you feel as if you are part of their family. more

I drive a 2004 VW Beetle. I have found it difficult to locate someone who is comfortable working in them outside of the dealer. I have been taking my bug to Ian at Mike Tate's for a while now and have always had good results. They are professional. The shop is clean. My car runs great and all for considerably less than anything I have had done at the dealer or a "foreign car specialist." I have used Mike Tate's 99 Tire and Auto for many years and I have referred many customers to this shop. I am always happy with the service, timeliness of the repairs and the professionalism of the staff and mechanics. I have never felt that I was being taken advantage of and was very appreciative of some of the cost saving and preventative measures that were suggested. This man and his wife are amazing people, full of the Love of the Lord, integrity driven and a blessing to everyone in their lives. If you know me...you know they are wonderful people. David and Jennifer have worked their way out of food stamps, drug addiction and have provided their 3 beautiful children with a new home and car in the last year. We have been blessed to be a part of their lives for the last 20 years and have witnessed their struggles and their faithfulness! Do not recommend 6/3/2011

I did not have good experiences. I went a handful of times and found the employees very condescending. Each time, someone went into my glove compartment without permission. The paperwork I received was never correct and had to be redone. The last straw was when they recommended over $1000 in repairs. I got a second opinion and the problem was fixed for $125. Also, someone went through my gym bag which was in the back seat and took my work out clothes. That is just sick! more
