Septic Tank Work 11/19/2011

They dispatched a plumber to fix my septic tank – it was backing up and the smell was nasty. Ad a guy out later that day and he worked for a few hours to get the tank pumped, very much appreciated. more

Long Time Customer 11/17/2011

I manage a couple dozen rental properties for landlords that don’t handle their own repairs and I keep Mike Stern Plumbing on speed dial. In the last month, I’ve had them replace a toilet, fix 2 leaking sinks, and repair a water heater. No problems, they are always professional and easy to work with. more

Budget Kitchen Remodel 11/16/2011

I made an appointment for a plumber to come out and install a new sink and faucet for my kitchen as part of a mini remodel, and the plumber was clean, punctual, professional, and polite. Had the work done in under an hour, didn’t leave any mess behind – which was quite nice. more

Backed-up Toilet Problems 11/15/2011

Hated to have to call a plumber, but after the toilet backed up for the 3rd time in one week, it needed to be done. The plumber was on time, got the toilet fixed, saved me money versus the other plumbers in town. Good work. more

Punctual & Professional 9/17/2011

I needed to have someone fix a leaking bathroom sink and was leaving in a few days so I needed to have the work done fast - the receptionist at Mike Stern Plumbing was able to get someone out later the next afternoon and the guy called to say he might be late, but was on time, got the leak fixed, and was very neat about his work. Couldn't be happier with the service. more
