in and out in less than an hour 6/4/2012

Kathy was waiting for me when I arrived and is always top notch. I have been bringing my 2001 Odyssey there for service since I bought it new in August of 2001. I have had 90% good experiences and ALL good since you moved to the newest location!\r I called about 10 minutes before arriving to see if they could do an oil change and replace a burned out headlight. They got me in and out in less than an hour ? with no previous appointment! more

Things were handled quickly 5/24/2012

Considering that we more or less pulled in from the road because of the problem, things were handled well and fairly quickly. We were there for less than ninety minutes and didn't have an appointment, so that was a good part of the experience. more

Feel like Family 5/3/2012

I am deeply impressed by Mike Pruitt Honda. The show room is great, the staff is great and I love feeling like family while I am there. I read some of the reviews and feel bad that the customers who weren't happy didn't let upper Management know...Mike Pruitt will do anything to fix an unhappy customer experience. I have had my car for 2.5 years each time...if service was ever needed I got top of the line service and even a loaner car. I love this place. more

The staff at Mike Pruitt Honda are very friendly and courteous. They greeted me as soon as I walked in the door which is a plus in my book. My vehicle was ready to go in no time at all and in less time then estimated. Kathy was very helpful in answering all my questions and concerns. I would recommend Mike Pruitt Honda to all my friends and family with confidence that they will be well taken care of. more

My experience at Mike Pruitt Honda was great. The employees were very welcoming they called me by name which made me very comfortable. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and was taken care of without delay. My van was ready in less time than anticipated. I would definitely recommend this service department to my friends and family and will be returning for all my repairs. more

Stellar 4/30/2012

Stellar dealership, I purchased a $30,000 car from out of state because the local dealers would not budge off MSRP. The 8 hour 500 mile trip, (one way), was worth the time. We planned a long weekend family getaway around this purchase and spent some time in Cleveland at the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. No hassles at Pruitt's or any pressure to buy add-ons like rust proofing, extended warrantee, etc. In and out in well under an hour. I'll be buying my next Honda from these guys. more
