I researched the 2012 Honda Civic online and knew that I wanted it. The process of buying it at Mike Piazza Honda went very smoothly and efficiently. I was able to test drive it, talk about an initial price and schedule an appointment for sometime in the near future. I bought the car the next meeting at an affordable price. The paperwork didn't take too long either. Overall, it was a great experience and I rate Mike Piazza Honda very highly. more

Horrible! 5/7/2012

We walked away from Mike Piazza Honda and I had to literally bite our tongues to not make a scene. I was willing to pay them that day for a 2011 Honda Pilot and they could have had a good deal. The general manager is a real class act and not only was he only willing to come down only $500, he then had the balls to say I could finance through him! We said, ""Do we look like we are stupid? You aren't willing to negotiate AND you want ME to give YOU more money by financing through you?"" Look we did our homework, I know what the car is worth, what you probably paid for it, and what I'm willing to pay, and he wasn’t willing to negotiate so we moved on a purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot from one of competitors for a much better deal last Saturday. These guys give dealers a bad name. more
