Mike Harvey Honda Body Shop

I went in to this autobody shop with my Honda Accord and came back with more issues than it came in with. The damages were repaired visually, but they did a horrible job in terms of quality work w/ ridiculous prices. The contra insurance company paid for the damages; however, they quoted a certain amount and then basically doubled that amount later on. I had to return to the shop 4 times to rectify the issues that came up with their repairs and STILL the issues were not resolved. Johnny, the current manager, as well as Luis, the previous managers are both liars that don't stand by their work. The paintjob they did on my vehicle literally started chipping off in a matter of weeks and he blamed my driving for that. The reason I had to bring the car back in was 3 doors stopped working from the inside of the vehicle, probably due to poor installation. My blinkers would not stop going off so I had to bring in the vehicle for that issue as well. Next the A/C stopped performing. Don't come here assuming that since you own a Honda and Acura that this is the best place for the job like I did. Pros: Good Front Cons: Don't come here if you want quality work done more

this is an awesome body shop. look for john. he's the nicest man in the world. i got my fender replaced and fix in 2 days! he also helped me get a car rental at a good price. just don't buy a car in the mike harvey dealership. i bought my car there too and the people there really aren't honest. i empathize with wave7 (the review above). but mike harvey BODY SHOP is different. it's run by john. in the other side i dealt with Damien and all he did was lie to me. if you're going to buy an honda, i really suggest buying it somewhere else. wave 7 is right. bought a car in this place, and you'd think because you spent all that money there, they're treat you well. once the deal is closed, don't expect any follow up (w/c you will need because the car that they gave me wasn't in 100% good condition -- still dirty and dusty). one thing they like to do it LIE. so many times the dealer lied to me or said things i wanted to hear only to retract the statement on a loophole that they plant in order to get away with it. the manager kinda tries to play ""good cop"" by saying ""I will personally take care of this myself"" --and is there any follow up? NOPE! TWICE the manager said he would take care of it himself. TWICE he failed. there are a lot of good dealerships out there where the people don't treat you as well as you always like but at least they don't lie. to be quite honest, i have never come across such liars in my life. they will lie to your face.
