State Farm Insurance is great but this agency is so poorly run and will give you all the wrong information-- it will cost you in the long run. There are many other agents nearby who will value your account and treat you with dignity. If you ever have a claim you will be totally abandoned. I am a long time Newport person and have informed as many as I can. If you have an account just get it transferred. We must let everyone know in our community of this disservice. Robert Maheu
