A pleasant experience each time I visit. Prompt and polite service managers with comfortable waiting facilities.

Worst

I would buy a car there but not have it serviced there. I gave them a second chance, no improvement unfortunately-3rd attempt, shame on me.

I waited from 11:45 to 3:00 to get a summary of my car condition. Then was told that I had to return. No transportation available. Never was told of the recall. Service too, too long. I had only 36,000 miles on that 2010. more

Service Nightmare 9/7/2013

The service department goes out of their way to find or create issues that really aren't there. They wanted to charge $92 just to look at the car but immediately waived the fee when I complained. They gouge on all repairs. I'll never go back! more

I bought my car new from Bill Shine in 2005. He is the primary reason I do all my service work at Hyundai. I figured if everyone was as good at their job as Bill is, it only make sense to take my car their when it needs work. And all the people their have treated me with great respect and professionalism. I couldn't ask for better service. more
