Mike Calvert Toyota Inc

Mike Calvert Toyota has the worst customer service of any Car Dealership I have ever dealt with. I filed a formal complaint with Toyota Corporation and the BBB. I would "never" recommend Mike Calvert Toyota and will do everything in my power to discourage anyone from doing business with them. If you see a response from Mike Calvert to this complaint, don't believe anything they say! Check out the BBB and you will see 10 complaints against them. My complaint hasn't shown up yet, but it will. Mike Calvert Toyota is the epitome of everyone's opinion of a "used car salesman". Their entire Dealership epitomizes that perception. I will continue to the day I die to discourage anyone from doing business with Mike Calvert Toyota! It's just the beginning of my mission to spread this message LOUD AND CLEAR! visited Mike Calvert on 4/14/2010 for trade-in special purposes. Sales person left us in their office for hours, lost our car keys and has yet to find them. We had to wait for a new key to be made and have yet to hear from salesperson as to where our keys are. Very bad service. more

They were wonderful!! All aspects fo the sales transaction was smooth and without fail, from the salesman to the finance department. We also had a small problem after we already took delivery, and they were on top of it immediately. They are GREAT people, and I will be buying another vehicle form them, and also use their service department!! more

Be aware, they do bogus repairs Recently, I took my car to this place (Mike Calvert Toyota) for routine oil change. They told me that they spotted some oil leakage underneath my transmission. They encouraged me to conduct a repair to stop the leakage, which I eventually agreed. The total cost for this repair was over $500. However, a few weeks after the repair, I noticed that there were some fresh oil leakage marks on the ground of my garage. Then I took my car back. They inspected my car and said that the new leakage came from a different place and that they'd charge me for another $1,020 to fix it. I then asked them what the previous repair job was for and they could not clearly explain it. I insisted on talking to their manager but he refused to speak to me. I am currently seeking legal advice as well as contacting attorney general's office for possible investigation for fraud. My advice is that, if possible, avoid these guys by any cost. They are really vicious. more

i came to this toyota dealership to look at their prices on the scion tc, which i did not end up buying from this dealership. as with other scion sales staffs, it was tough to get a hold of one and when we did it was a rushed and informal experience. the lot was also very small, so there was not a wide selection of cars around. the good thing is that the body shop is right there at the dealership so if you ever have any collision repair, the body shop here is good. more
