Update 02/28/2016 - My family has now bought 7 Nissan's from Mike Barney Nissan and despite what else I have read on ANY review site - these are all very good people. The trash talk is easy online, hiding behind your anonymity, but the truth is Mike barney is the #1 volume Nissan dealer within 250 miles of Buffalo and they have the highest CSI scores for sales and service. Excellent dealership, down to earth people. THE ONLY Nissan dealer I would trust. more

I recently discovered a my tire was low on air and made a short notice appointment to drop by so they could figure it out. Although they were very busy (a good sign), after a little over 45 minutes Tony emerged to tell me they found a nail, and they patched up the hole, which is all that is needed. No charge! I love my Nissan Frontier bought here and wouldn't dare go any place else when they treat you like family. more

Mike Barney not only lousy jingle and also,lousy employees, WORST DEALER in WNY. I have never wanted to take my car to Mike Barneys at the first place because of my experience two years ago.I wanted to buy a 370z and the sales person, stopped me at the door and told me that he would bring me a brochure. He did not let me into the dealer.I guess he did not think I was serious because I have shorts and flip flops on. I ended up buying my car from Dorschell, in Rochester. The second bad experience was I had to drop my car at Mike Barneys because I had no other option.I dropped my car off, and the technician told me that he would call me. He never did, I ended up calling him. Left him messages, but technician ( ironically he was awarded for best customer satisfaction) never called me back, my car sat there for a week, I had to stop by in order to see what was going on. On top of it, they scratched my car and told me that the car had scratch marks when I dropped it off.I know for sure that there was no scratch marks on my car. I strongly recommend not to do any business with Mike Barneys. But like me if you don't have any other option, and you have to drop your car off for service at Mike Barney, make sure that you take pics before.I don't want anyone to go through the same thing. more
