I wasn't sure what vehicle I wished to purchase, but had been following the pricing in the local Post-Tribune. I stopped into Mike Anderson and was greeted nicely. What impressed me the most was the fact that the sales associate interviewed me and asked a variety of questions to narrow down my options. I found this very helpful because he thought of things I hadn't even considered. After several test drives I made my decision. The sales associate has called me multiple times after my purchase to see how things were going. How often does that happen? Well, apparently it happens quite often at Mike Anderson Thank You. more

Bill Alter seemed to know exactly what we needed and what price we wanted to pay. He only called when he had what he thought we would like. It took two times and we met out new, used car. Bill explained the car from radio to on-star to seat removal to gas mileage. He let us make up our own minds about buying or not buying. What a sweet and professional man. We found a friend at Mike Anderson Chevrolet. We will be back for our next vehicle and will definitely ask for Bill. more

My wife and I were VERY Pleased with the business, salesmen and the atmosphere at Mike Anderson. Kelly and Bill were so out going and willing to help anyway they could. We appreciated EVERYTHING they did for us. We love our truck that we purchased. I have already recommended several of my friends and family members to go to Mike Anderson Chevy and speak to Kelly and Bill they were AWESOME. We also dealt with customer service and the personnel in the service department were so pleasant and outgoing to help anyway they could. Lisa is always super-helpful when I get my car serviced. Recently, she and Kerry Triplett went above and beyond to get my car repaired, due to a factory-flawed part. I truly appreciate the special service I receive by both Lisa and Kerry. It is because of the two of them that I will continue to give Mike Anderson my business. I was not disappointed!! 8/2/2012

I've never seen a dealership with such a big supply. I drove over two hours and I was not disappointed. Jeff and Tom both made sure I didn't leave there without a new car. I'll never shop anywhere else again! I highly recommend Mike Anderson Chevrolet. They go above and beyond any dealership I've dealt with. more

Alan King was my sales rep, and I have to admit, he is a valuable asset to your organization. He was able to address my need for a vehicle and come through. I recently had contacted a dealership in Chicago, and was very dissatisfied with them. Alan, listened to what I was asking for, did the research, and made it happen in a professional, and courteous way. Over-the-top professional and friendly!! 7/24/2012

I was a loyal Saturn owner; over the last 20 years I bought three Saturns, one Chevy and one Oldsmobile and had all of the serviced at the Saturn dealership. When GM closed Saturn down I really wondered if I could find a dealer / service center that treated me as well as Saturn had. I was very pleasantly surprised to find that Mike Anderson not only equalled but has surpassed my experience with Saturn. The salesman at Mike Anderson, Paul Ong, did a great job making the buying of my new Malibu a great experience. The Service Department has been over-the-top professional and friendly. With Mike Anderson we have found our new long term car service center. We will take all our Saturns and Chevy's there from now on. more
