Buying a new vehicle at Mike Anderson Chevrolet in Chicago was a very pleasant , easy and painless experience. From the minute we were greeted at the front door until the moment we drove away in our awesome brand-new Equinox LTZ, every person we encountered was great. We test drove a few vehicles with Jesse and he was very knowledgeable and had all the answers to our questions regarding each vehicle . He was very pleasant , friendly, and made sure we found the right SUV for our family . Mike in finance made sure we got an excellent finance rate with the right company and with rebates . Kerry walked us thru the final steps and was very informative about some incentives that we didn't even know were out there, e.g. First three months, no payment with the bank we went with (option). I cannot stress enough how nice it was to walk into this dealership an not feel pressured at all . My husband used to compare walking into a dealership the same as walking into a dentist for a root canal . Not anymore, as we drove away in our new SUV, he was already planning on coming back within a month or two for another new vehicle for himself ! I will make sure to let everyone know who is shopping for a new or used vehicle that there is no better place to go in Chicago . This staff is fantastic. more

I went in today just planning on beginning my search for a new car. I was leery of finding a dealer that could offer me a decent percentage rate due for financing due to my recent credit score. Little did I know, I'd be walking out with a new car in hand! The service by all of the personnel from financing, sales, and maintenance was outstanding. Everyone was extremely courteous and patient with me. Both Jesse and Wally put me at ease, explained everything to me, answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable.
