Mighty Movers

I scheduled my move with Mighty Movers at the recommendation of a friend and am sorry I did so. This company made the day of the move as stressful as possible. The movers did not pad the entrances of my home and consequently tore up several pieces of furniture, moldings, doors, and walls. At one point I asked them to be more careful and the truck leader told me ""to take a chill pill"". They dropped my brand new desk and dining room table top causing severe damage. It has been nearly 5 weeks and the claims department has done nothing to repair/replace my damaged furniture. Everyone at the company is super courteous but do absolutely nothing to resolve issues. I will also be filing a complaint with the BBB. Do not use this company as they do not practice business ethically.\r \r Now that my complaint is filed, they have requested a 45 day extension to determine the ""validity""of my claim. This is odd as I have paperwork from the day of my move where they accept responsibility for damaging my furniture. Shame on this business. I do not and will not recommend them to anyone. more

There's so much to say about Might Movers that's great! These guys are thorough, professional, friendly, and honest. Nick, the regional Sales Manager, exceeded my expectations in customer service. There is nothing fake nor slimy about his approach and was willing to work with our tight moving budget. Brian, the gentleman who actually came to give us our quote was quick and to the point. Most movers take anywhere from 45 mins to an hour and with a 3 and 4 yr old I do not have that kind of time. He was there to check on the guys who actually loaded our things and was the one who drove our belongings from TX to Georgia. The packer Lee and his assistant was perfect! They took their time and packed all our belongings with such care you would have thought it was their stuff being moved. We will without a doubt use Might Movers again! more

Mighty Movers Inc. was professional and courteous. They were able to move my 3 bedroom apartment across town in records time and nothing got damaged. I would recommend them to anyone! more

I'd always thought that moving was just one of those things that anyone can do. But when I saw how Mighty Movers worked, I decided that's not true. They moved in an hour what had taken me two days to move the last time. I'll be calling them again. more

They showed up on time, and the movers were not only good at their jobs, but friendly. I work in customer service, so I appreciate it when I see that in other companies. I've used other movers in the past, but these guys were probably the quickest I've seen, which was also great. I highly recommend them. more

This is the WORST customer experience I have ever had! If this is what they consider pride/excellent customer service then they need to resubmit the definitions to webster!!! The Logistics manager is very rude, unprofessional and unwilling to attempt to provide customer satisfaction. They showed up at my house at 7:30 a.m, after informing me they would schedule me at the end of the day(after I informed them I had to work). They informed me they would call me on my mobile 30 minutes prior to arrival. They left messages on my work number(which they must have received from caller id), because I gave them my mobile number as a contact number. Yet they said I never provided a mobile number, even though I received a voice message on my mobile to schedule the move. Their idea of excellent customer service is ( calling the customer a liar!!!) I was told that he didn't believe me and that I was ""FIRED as a customer"" and cancelled my move!!! He didn't like my attitude....which was simply informing him of the information that I had been given when the move was scheduled!! Mighty movers...Ha!...more like Miserable Movers!! more

I have used these movers in the past, for a long-distance move from Houston to Dallas, and I used them again for a local move. They are not your typical movers - all of the guys are clean cut and friendly and expedited the entire process. I recommend them to everyone! Pros: Clean cut, Friendly Movers more
