Mighty Clean House Cleaning

My brothers and I have been using Mighty Clean to clean our mother's house for approximately 2 years. We've been very happy with their service and particularly with their dependability and courtesy. Those who clean my mother's house are not always the same but normally, she has the same people come to her house each month. They do a good job of cleaning and are very consistent. One of the girls gives my mother a hug each time she comes. My mother really appreciates Might Clean. I recommend them highly. more

Horrible company. They cleaned my house for a few months and the service was descent at first. It continously got worse. I talked to the owner a few times and nothing improved. The cleaning people spent their time at my house breaking things, damaging walls and talking bad about the owner while they cleaned. The owner did nothing to repair or replace my broken items so I fired this company. The cleaning also became sub standard. I would definetely NOT recommend this company. By far the worse ever! They also cut the time they spent at my house in half so instead of 2 hours they claimed everything was cleaned in 1 hour yet they still charged me the same amount. The owner comes across as a very nice guy when he gives you an estimate but after that they are terrible to deal with. Don't fall for the nice guy act! more

I have been using Mighty Clean for 3 years and will be firing them tomorrow. 2 months ago they raised their prices which was fine since it was the first time they had done that. Now however, they are cleaning the house in 1 hour (same two people) instead of 2, and yet the charges have remained the same.If they are going to be here for half as long the rate should go down not up since the charge when I signed up was based on 2 hours of work. Up until now they did a fine job but something has changed and it is not for the better.
