Excellent customer service! 5/9/2012

Kevin came out to clean our carpets for a boat and was extremely professional and did a great job. A couple of the carpets had a reaction and dried darker than the rest, but he came back out right away and re-cleaned them all without hesitation. He figured out what happened and used a different product and solved the situation. I couldn't be happier! more

Making more messes just to have them come back. 5/8/2012

Mighty Clean Carpet Care are really good. I've had them clean area rugs of all different sizes in the kitchen and the study. They also came and stretched out our master bedroom carpet, which had a bubble, and cleaned the wall-to-wall carpet. They're very efficient, on time, and do an excellent job. They're responsible, professional, organized, and everything was done perfectly. more

Mighty Clean did a really nice job. The work they did was to clean area rugs in the basement as well as upstairs. They did a very good job, it was professionally done, and they were in and out, just like they said they would be. It was exactly what we needed. more

Remarkable Service! 9/14/2011

Kevin came to our home and gave us an estimate to clean our carpets, rugs, and kitchen counters. He arrived on time, with protective booties, a pleasant demeanor, and youthful energy. All work was completed in a professional manner. He was very respectful of our home and furniture. The estimate was accurate. There were no surprizes. Our carpets have never been so clean. The tile countertops in the kitchen are looking great. We will be hiring this company again to clean our basement carpet and our oriental rugs. Thank you so very much!! more

Professional, prompt, and a great end product. 6/27/2011

We just used Mighty Clean Carpet Care for the first time. We worked with Mike and John, and they were fantastic. They came in, took measurements, and explained what they would be doing. In turn, they did exactly what they told us they would. They were very professional, answered all of our questions, and the carpet looks great. We have no complaints at all about Mighty Clean. They show up on time, and are very accommodating. Though there are a few spots that are a little dark, this is probably on us, because this was the fist time we had cleaners come in in seven years. Ultimately, I made the right choice, and I will continue to use them. My neighbor recently came over and saw their work, and will most likely be using them, too. more

Mighty Clean really did a nice job. It was terrific! We had a tough situation with some tough stains on our carpets, so we called up Mighty Clean and they were very, very friendly. They were very accommodating, very informative, and very, very professional upon arrival. They really did a very thorough job. You could really tell that they were very concerned with customer satisfaction as well, because they carried themselves well, they were very friendly, very professional, and very diligent. more

My wife set up the appointment with Mighty Clean Carpet Care. Our situation was we have a couch that used to be in a smoker's home. They were very helpful and professional over the phone and very realistic on what needed to be done. They told us that smoke is really hard to get out of fabric, so we had low expectations but were hopeful. I was there when they arrive. I thought they did a very thorough inspection of the couch, even unzipping the cushions and sniffing to see just how far the smoke had gotten. After cleaning our couch, I had them clean our stairs as an add-on. They did a really great job there. The jury's still out about our couch. It's not 100 dry yet. So far, it's smelling like most of the smoke if not all of it came out. The pull-out bed still smells a bit, but they warned me that they didn't want to hit it too hard or it might never dry and then we'd have issues with mold. So, we're keeping our fingers crossed for now. I thought they did a really good job. They were honest with us and did a thorough job. We've gotten a quote for the upstairs and plan on using them again in the future. more

Two gentleman showed up, in uniform, in a lettered truck, and on time. They explained what they were going to do and what I could expect after they left. Overall I was quite pleased with the results, I would definitely recommend this company. more
