Midwestern Dental Center

I have seen Dr. Putz twice & will NEVER go back to this office!! I waited for 1 1/2 hours to be seen by Dr. Putz both times. He is rude & unfriendly (along with almost everyone else that works there). I don't think I saw a single person smile while I was in the office. I was nervous about my procedure & had questions but before I could even get the words out of my mouth he had his hands in my mouth wrenching away. I left the office completely unhappy with my entire experience from start to finish! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST/OFFICE TO ANYONE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE more

I go here on a regular basis for cleanings and I recently had some problem with my teeth. I was eating dinner and one of my canine teeth broke in half, I was mortified. I called the office immediatley went in that evening, and the Dentist (Dr. Putz, for real that's his name) said he was going to put a white composite filling on my tooth and I need to make another appointment to get the crown placed on it. I repeatedly asked him if I was going to look normal whenI left the office he kept stating what he was going to do and never answered my question. When I left his chair I went to the mirror to see what he did, and it looked like I had a white tic tac shoved up my gum. I looked awful!! I burst into tears when the receptionist said they couldn't get me in for another month to fix this. I had to go to another dentist, the other dentist agreed with me how horrible it was of him to expect me to walk around looking like this for a month. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND NOT GOING TO THIS OFFICE!! Not even for a cleaning because they will have you sit and wait for an hour and a half only to ask you if you can come back tommorrow. Do not go here, seriously. Pros: The receptionist is nice. Cons: Unorganized, crappy dentist , behind for every appointment, unfriendly dentists more
