Hard working and efficient. Exceptional work. 1/30/2014

We hired Midwest Remediation to clear out 3 inches of water in our basement. The leader of the team was extraordinary and delivered exceptional work. The crew was hard working and efficient. They came in with fans and dried out the water. After that, they dried it out some more, so we could at least use it. There is more work to be done, which we'll call them about later this year. I think they are a fine company and very easy to deal with. more

Like it never even happened! 1/28/2014

I used Midwest Remediation when my toilet overflowed from a leak. It was a nightmare. The water leaked through the ceiling to the second floor. They had to redo the entire ceiling and replace the vanity in the bathroom. I was very stressed out over it. They were very easy to contact and came out right away. The gentlemen that came out were nice and professional. They fixed everything. It is like it never even happened. I am very happy. more

Good people and great service! 1/27/2014

Midwest Remediation did a containment service on a job for me recently. I had a little trouble with them, but I think that was because they were training someone. The containment collapsed, and they had to come redo it. But other than that, I've had good experiences with them through the ten years I've been working with them. They are well staffed, and they use good equipment. They are good people, and they provide great service! more

Very satisfied with their water damage service. 1/16/2014

We had some water damage, so we hired Midwest Remediation to take care of the problem. They came and set up their machine. They worked with us for over a week completely removing the water from our floors and walls. The gentleman who came to do the work was nice and very knowledgeable. We were extremely impressed. Midwest Remediation is a good company. They do what they say they will do, and they make sure their customers are satisfied. We would recommend their services to anybody. more

Did what they said they would do 12/30/2013

Midwest Remediation has done a nice job. The septic tank in the basement got backed up so the entire basement was flooded with sewage. I called Midwest and they came right out, gave me an estimate, and after I contacted my insurance company, they came back out to do the job. They boxed up everything that could be boxed up and we threw out everything else. It cost a lot but what they did was fine. They did a real nice job with everything. Jim Bradley more

Good quality service. Easy to work with people. 11/1/2013

We had flooding and roof leaks that caused major water damage in our home. My insurance company referred us to Midwest Remediation. There were two phases of the project. The first phase, the crew took all of the damaged things out of the home. These guys were outstanding. The second crew did pretty good work, as well. The quality was great, but I thought their communication could have been better. I didn't always know what was going to happen next. Also, I thought their work took a bit longer than necessary. Altogether, the project took eight weeks. Some of this was because of my insurance company. In the end, I was impressed with this company's high quality service and the ease of working with the people. more

Outstanding work done very efficiently 10/24/2013

I have had two different jobs done by Midwest Remediation, and both were outstanding experiences. They first fixed a water leak in the crawl space of our basement. Then, we found another leak under two of our windows. They were able to fix both issues for us efficiently and cleanly. Both jobs took two days to complete, but we haven't had any problems since. They accommodated our schedule very easily. They came right away after I called them. They told me what they would work on, and they got right to it. The service man who did most of the work was really hardworking and outstanding. He seemed to have an understanding of what the problems were and how to correct them. This is a top fly organization. In the thirty-eight years I've lived in Carmel, this is one of the top three companies I have ever gotten service from. I would recommend them without any reservations. more

A company that has professional workers and completes the job in a short time. 10/23/2013

All the workers who came here from Midwest Remediation were very professional. I had a toilet that overflowed and went everywhere. I live in two condos and was in the other one. When I went in after the overflow, the water was just everywhere. They had to replace the floor in the bathroom and replace the ceiling downstairs in the living room where the water had dripped down. They also had to get all the water off the carpet upstairs in bathroom and bedroom and downstairs in the living room. So it was kind of a big job. It went great. The place looks very nice now. When you hire Midwest Remediation, they send workers that are very professional and do a very great job. It looks like nothing ever happened in the house over there. more

Fire Damage 10/4/2013

When you have fire and water damage they remove everything from the house. They inventory and box up all of the contents. They clean everything and reuturn the items. We understood their would be items that would not be salvageable. We also new a few things might get misplaced or damaged by their company. What we did not expect: *Boxed items never opened to be cleaned. * furniture still dirty with soot. *Illegible contents list. *unreturned items I would never recommend them. However the company that took clothing was AMAZING- Milto's Cleaners. more

Midwest Remediation did a great job for us when a water pump went out. They were very easy to talk with over the phone when we called to schedule an appointment. They came out relatively quickly. They removed all of the water, carpeting, and padding. They put sand in and a dehumidifier so that the basement would completely dry out. Then, they put everything back. It took them about 2-3 days. They answered all of my questions throughout the process. They were very transparent and didn't hide anything from us. They were extremely helpful to us, and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others! more

Very professional. We didn't have any problems. 7/31/2013

Midwest Remediation was excellent. They came in, did it all, and told us what they did. They did some pipework, sealed all the pipes and plumbing, and checked for leaks. Whoever they sent out was excellent. He told us that as far as he knew there wasn't a leak. He put a paper towel down and said you can usually see if there is one and, since there wasn't any water, everything appeared fine. He said to call them if we have a problem. It was just that one gentleman who came out. He was great. He called ahead and said he would be here in ten minutes and he was here in ten minutes. We were very pleased. more

It's been a big inconvenience for me personally having this happen to my home, but Midwest Remediation made this a smoother transaction for me. 7/22/2013

Midwest Remediation has been great. I had a lot of water damage in my house and they were here immediately, about an hour from when I called. They got my wet carpet out of the house, put five fans and two condenser units in, and the guys are here now laying my carpet. They've been awesome. This was my first time using them and I highly recommend them. more

Midwest Remediation is incredibly professional. There was a flood caused by my upstairs toilet, so they removed the old floor, cleaned up the mess, and put a new floor down. They also replaced parts of the ceiling downstairs that had been damaged. They did a lot of work for me! I was very pleased with all of it. more

Estimate was off, work was exceptional 7/17/2013

The work they have done has been very good. I have a problem that is yet to be worked out, but it revolves around the estimate. The estimate from the insurance company is 1/2 the actual estimate from Midwest. But, the work they have done has been exceptional. more

Dealing with mold could have been a negative experience, but it was very positive. 4/29/2013

Midwest Remediation was very professional. When they came in to do the work they covered the carpet with that plastic film so nothing was damaged. I thought they were priced very fairly compared to other places that gave higher estimates. more
