Do NOT use this company. We were literally almost killed by one of their drivers. He ran us off the road on I-35 to get to an accident. I contacted the company and got no respo...

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. They towed our truck from accident, took axles off and did not give us the axles. Because of the bad weather when the accident occured, we did not realize the axles were not there. Weather has broken we went to start working on the truck and no axles. They were paid $2000.00 at the time of the drop off. Tried to talk with them for 10 days. Manager promised they would stand behind everything. Owner told him to tell me ""THEY WILL NO LONGER DISCUSS THIS WITH ME OR DO ANYTHING ELSE ABOUT IT, IT'S ON ME!"" I told him I didn't like how he was talking to me in that tone and that he was being rude, then I slammed down the phone. more

This company towed my vehicle after the snowstorm and caused front end damage to my vehicle. . .then (of course) denied they were the cause. I certainly don't recommend this company to anyone. Dishonest folks, doing dishonest business. more

Your company did not charge the fee quoted before service. It charged more and to me that was dishonest. When I complained to the customer service representative he was rude. I wouldn't recommend your company to anyone. more

Best service from a tow company 2/20/2012

Had to call midwest when my car veered off the road into a ditch after some psycho almost hit me.. the lady that answered the phone was super nice and helped calm me down a little...when the driver got there he let me sit in his truck and stay warm while he fished my car out of the ditch...he was very professional and had me at the repair shop pretty fast I thought...not too expensive either..would def recommend them to my friends if they needed a tow. more

Scary Company, stay away 11/14/2011

Do NOT use this company. We were literally almost killed by one of their drivers. He ran us off the road on I-35 to get to an accident. I contacted the company and got no response. If they are in that much of a hurry to get to the next job, just think what they can do to your car. Stay away! I would have given them no stars if it let me more
