I recently took over the role of Bar Supervisor. My food & beverage manager gave me the contacts to place our liquor order. He had done this for about a year and a half, yet had never met our sales rep and she never responded to anything except for whatever order was left on her voicemail. Since I have taken over the role, I have called my rep's cell phone, the main office, and their 1-800 number asking for a current product and price sheet, but never get any help. I leave a message, give an email address for them to send it to or a phone number to call me back, but they seem not to care. If I have my way, I will gladly pay a bit more to get what they offer from the local liquor store than to deal with them. Just my 2 cents!
