My Salesman - Christopher Robinson - was very nice and helpful. He was not pushy and he made the car buying less stressful. Too bad more sales people aren't like him. He made shopping for a car a fun experience. more

bought a car there the other day, everything was great, the salesman, mgr. and finance dept. listened to what my needs were, was upfront with me and treated me great. I would refer anyone to go there more

Good service 6/3/2010

They just found other things and heard other noises and I'm going to do it all under warranty but they fixed everything, all at once. Not to the dealership, just very...I really like the service that Tim, I believe his name was Tim. I don't know if you can put in a word for him. I believe his name is Tim and I just wanted to put in a good word for him. I really, really have good service with him and I never have had good service with any of the Nissan dealerships, at all. more

Everyone at the dealership was very pleasant but the salesman, Joe Ng, deserves special recognition. I wanted the 370z but still really liked my trade-in, so I came in several times trying to make up my mind. He was extremely patient and helpful. By the time I finished the purchase, I felt like I had made a friend not just completed a business deal. more

I pulled up and was immediately greeted by name. My sales rep & finance manager were both extremely helpful and accomodating. They even fed me pizza for dinner! It was truly the best vehicle purchasing experience I've ever had! more

I am still feeling good about the purchase.. 5/5/2010

I bought a new car in under 4 hours on Friday. And, I am still feeling good about the purchase, as opposed to in the past when it took all day and I still woke up the next morning asking myself "What have you done!?" Justin, my sales consultant and Ryan the manager listened to me and did their best to put something together that would meet my demands. There was still some negotiating that took place and some compromise but in the end, I feel good about our deal. When it was time to talk to finance, I told the guy I was in a hurry and didn't want to buy anything else (except maybe gap insurance, depending on their pricing). Can you believe I was in and out of finance in 30 minutes!!??? Certainly, I think it helps that I did my research up front but the guys at Midway Nissan seemed to honor the time I'd put in to figuring out what I wanted and it was a fairly painless transaction. PLUS, I did my part to "shop Phoenix!" If you're in the market for a Nissan, I would definitely recommend Midway. - Christina P. more

When I went in a couple months ago just to look at the car Joe Ng, the salesman, was so helpful and pleasant to deal with that when I became serious about buying a car I didn't even consider checking anywhere else. I came back several times trying to decide and I never felt pressured to "buy this car today" as so many other car dealers do. That very was important as pressure really turns me off From a client? more

It was absolutely amazing. Darren Chandler, our sales representative, went above and beyond. He greeted my wife and myself. Very friendly, and it was absolutely outstanding. I will buy another Nissan, absolutely. It was actually our first Nissan that we've ever purchased. We've purchased GMs. We've purchased a Honda and mainly General Motors, but this has really proved to me that I will purchase another Nissan. To have someone, especially in this day's economy, like Darren...They should do everything within their power to keep them there and "incentivize" him even more. I KNEW EXACTLY THE VEHICLE MODEL THAT I WAS GOING TO PURCHASE. I LIKED THE FACT THAT NO ONE PRESSURED ME TO BUY SOMETHING ELSE. I HAD RESEARCHED THE NISSAN ROUGE EXTENSIVELY BEFORE I PURCHASED. I ALSO RESEARCHED MIDWAY NISSAN BEFORE CHOOSING A DEALER. THEY ARE AMONG A VERY FEW NISSAN DEALERS THAT I WOULD PURCHASE FROM. - Anonymous more

When we are ready to purchase another Nissan. We will only deal with Christopher! Never in my buying experiance have I encountered such a gentlemen. He was not pushy at all! Not to say everything went so smooth... I would recommend all of my friends to Midway Nissan! Anonymous more

Great job by everyone! 4/6/2010

Great job by everyone involved (sorry I'm bad with names). From the girl that took my call that morning and said to come in, the service advisor to the guy who gave me a ride home to when my wife picked it up. All in a timely, courteous manner. Most important I did not feel that I was getting ripped off, wich is a feeling that I get a lot when getting cars serviced. Great Job to the whole team. From a client more

I was also impressed at the way I was welcomed by everyone at Midway 3/11/2010

I appreciated the way my wishes were honored regarding the purchase of my Murano. I came in to test drive a Rogue and a Murano and explained that I would be purchasing the vehicle at a later date and Eric Mitchell respected my wishes and didn't press me to buying before I planned.
