I felt that Midway was giving me a fair price on a good product 5/16/2011

After walking away from a few dealers, I found Midway to be a breathe of fresh air. Prior to visiting the dealership, I nailed down many of the details by email. When I arrived at the dealership Laura greeted me like an old friend. Both Laura and Alexander were a pleasure to deal with, neither pushed us although I'm certain they must have been ready to leave on the eve of a holiday. I felt that Midway was giving me a fair price on a good product without trying to pack it with hidden fees to make a few more bucks. AND my car came with 2 years free scheduled maintenance. All in all, this is the best car dealership experience I've had. more

They were great, very friendly. We even left and then came back again. They were not pushy. They were good. They weren't trying to sell us anything. They were asking us what we wanted and one of the best things the guy said when we were talking money is he goes, "Look it's not magic. It's math." I knew he wasn't trying to take advantage of us. Joe was great. Joe I think, MD is his name. He was just really good and I'll be honest we were just looking when we went in on Wednesday night. So we ended up spending more time there. That's why I had to leave. We came back because I liked him, but I wasn't even sure Nissan is what I wanted, but we came back on Friday and bought it because he was nice. more

Woohoo! A friend of mine referred Midway Nissan, so I thought I would see what they had to offer. I met with Patrick and from the moment I drove into the dealership I was treated with amazing customer service. I bought a 2011 Nissan Rouge and I'm very happy. Patrick was extremely helpful and J.C., the finance manager worked his magic to make sure I left happy and not feeling like I got ripped off. more

They really went out of their way 5/3/2011

I went in for some normal stuff and they found some other issues with my truck. They really went out of their way to make sure that the truck was running right and they checked the warranty. They just did really well. The gal that I dealt with, she was just very helpful and she filled me in on every detail that was going on with the truck. So, I was really appreciative of it. more

I've bought a few cars from dealers over the years but this was the first time buying from midway nissan and it was the best experiance buying a car I've EVER had they didn't give me a run around and they didn't lie to me they did everything they said they would because of paul mossey and our salesman justin I will return in the future and send everyone I know to midway thanks again guys. more

Thank you!!!!! Midway Nissan for all that you'v done with helping me get another car to fit my needs. The internet sales manager that called me on 1-29-11, Colin Gardiner was fantastic!! He listened to my needs and was honest and upfront with me. Very polite, and i could tell he really loves what he does. Although i could not get the car i really wanted (the cube), the car that i did get i love, and it suits my needs. Every one at Midway was very nice and helpful. Again, Thank you so much!!!!!!! more

I wanted to thank you sincerely for your exceptional customer service on the 2 separate occasions that I came in. As a mom of a 2yr old and a brand new baby, I was very nervous about how I was going to handle both of them in your waiting area while waiting for my car to be serviced. Welcomed and respected 3/31/2011

My service adviser ( Tim Roberts ) recognized me from past services I have had at Midway. That always makes a Customer feel welcomed and respected. Tim took care of my problem and got me out the door with minimal down time. As always I insist on Tim when I visit your dealership. Just miss your donuts you use to have in the waiting area in the morning. It was a treat! more

Everything. They're a very professional dealership. I like that. They're very accommodating. They seem to have, I know everybody's out to make a profit, but they seem to also have the customer's best interest at heart. more

I thought the staff was very nice compared to my last purchase at Toyota in California. I thought Tony the salesman was very good and very attentive. The sales manager was very straightforward. So was JC the finance manager so I was happy with all three of them. more

He does a fantastic job 2/25/2011

I was very satisfied. Tim Roberts is the best service advisor that they have there. If he's on vacation or out, I don't take it in. He always treats me very good and he gets me in and out. Today I was over there. I had  a heart attack last month and I told them I wasn't I feeling good. He got my car in and out in beautiful time. He's the greatest over there. Just he needs a medal. Tim Roberts needs a medal. He does a fantastic job. more

I especially liked the fact that when I had any questions or concerns that they were very courteous and prompt with all responses to my questions. We had questions about why the gas cap didn't lock but are satisfied with the answer. Special thanks to Andre and Paul for going above and beyond to make this experience truly exceptional. more

THE PROFESSIONAL WAY HUGH MCGLAUGLIN HANDLED THE ENTIRE STRING OF DISCUSSIONS ON THE POSSIBILITIES AVAILABLE TO US WAS GREATLY APPRECIATED AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE VERY ENJOYABLE. professional and knowledgeable. I brought in the van for an oil change and they inspected the vehicle discovering the transmission was having issues. I would have never noticed that on my own. The van is under warranty and he made sure the whole thing was handled by the warranty company and made it effortless for me. Wanted to say thanks more
