I Purchased a 2008 Jeep Cherokee from Midway Nissan in June of 2010. I also purchased the warranty package referred to as the “Gold” coverage. Well the Jeep broke down and I was told my warranty \r
wouldn’t cover the repairs because it was the very basic “bronze”plan. I was pissed! I feel like the warranty coverage had been misrepresented. I demanded to see the General Manager of the store and to my surprise he came right out to greet me. \r
I explained my frustration and was pleasantly surprised when this guy looked at me and said he would handle it. That fast. He agreed to cover the repairs and pay for my warranty to be upgraded. From what I gathered, he recently took over the store in July of 2010.\r
As he gave me his business card, on the back it read “Striving to do the right thing, the right way all the time! Not sure where he is from, but I like him. \r
