\r I Purchased a 2008 Jeep Cherokee from Midway Nissan in June of 2010. I also purchased the warranty package referred to as the “Gold” coverage. Well the Jeep broke down and I was told my warranty \r wouldn’t cover the repairs because it was the very basic “bronze”plan. I was pissed! I feel like the warranty coverage had been misrepresented. I demanded to see the General Manager of the store and to my surprise he came right out to greet me. \r I explained my frustration and was pleasantly surprised when this guy looked at me and said he would handle it. That fast. He agreed to cover the repairs and pay for my warranty to be upgraded. From what I gathered, he recently took over the store in July of 2010.\r As he gave me his business card, on the back it read “Striving to do the right thing, the right way all the time! Cary was very professional and attentive to our needs. We had a poor experience at another Nissan dealership (Pinnacle) and he was very sensitive to that. He stayed late to make sure the financing went well and stayed even later to show me how to use the GPS, Bluetooth and various other gadgets on the car. more

I was refered to them threw a friend of mine that had a good expirence with them. I was looking for a 07-08 S550 AMG and didn't know if the could get one for me since they were a Nissan Dealership not only did they get one for me but it completely exceded all my expectation's. The car is an 08 S550 AMG that look's show room new and it is my Dream car! My total experince there from Sales,Finance, to the General Manager was Amazing. I will buy all my vehicle's from now on from them and we will refer everyone I know as well. more

The service reps were especially helpful in getting my truck fixed since I didn't have an appointment and the service department was very busy. They made it a point to have my Titan fixed in one day. That was very important to me. They're doing a great job! more
