I have got 4 cars from them and have never had a problem. If you treat people with respect they will give it back to you. After my boss bought a car at Midway he referred me to there when I went to look for a car. He said that they had the lowest prices, and really nice cars. So I checked their prices out on the internet in comparison. And many of the cars that I looked at were the lowest price ANYWHERE. So I wondered if they had a bad carfax or something. But when I went in, they provided a free carfax on 3 vehicles that I was interested in and none of them had ever even been in an accident. They did have extra fees, which I saw some people write about that on here, but even with the fees they were still lower (price wise) than anyone else I could find. I had a horrible experience at Lowbook sales 2 years ago, so I was very apprehensive when I went to look for a new car. My experience at Midway was so much better that I no longer think that ALL dealers are crooks. The salesmen were super nice, they answered every question I had, and when I didn't understand things, they explained instead of just brushing over things. I always write reviews to places I go, and I liked Midway. They are professional and prompt (which in my book is second only to quality in service or product for a business.) Alex was a great sales guy and although he couldn't answer all of my questions, atleast he didn't lie, ( he just kept running back and forth to his boss to ask questions.) I love my Grand cherokee, and would refer my friends to them. Pros: good vehicles, quick to help, and didn't lie Cons: Didn't know as much as I would like more

The check engine light on, the empty gas tank, the $1000 for a glass etching and interior cloth protection (which is nothing more than a $5 spray can at home depot - if they did it at all). I got the same run-around that everyone else did on this post. Pros: Nothing positive to say. The building is old and falling apart, I had some teenager who knew nothing about cars assisting me, and a finance guy who tryed ripping me off on every line of the contract Cons: Everything with the dealership is a con. I told my salesman that if he treated me right that a month after the sale I would write a good review about them. I really do feel that they did everything to sell me a car on my terms. However, I should tell everyone that I learned the hard way that there is no 3 day right of return. I wanted to take the car back because the day after I bought my explorer, my wages got cut. However they gave me the option to exchange for a 2004 yukon, at no charge and gave me a lower price. Todd was awesome, and I couldn't ask for anything else(other than to change Utah law for a 72 hour return rule). Pros: friendly, got the numbers that I wanted to pay. I was terrified when I read the reviews on this website. But they had the car that I wanted. So I called the dealership and asked for the manager. I told him (Cory), about the bad reviews. He told me that there are a lot of crazy people out there that he has to deal with, but that if I came up he told me that he would provide the lowest price on the vehicle I was looking for and wouldn't play any games with me. I asked him for the exact amount that I would need to buy the car, and he told me without any hesitation. So after looking around a little more, I decided to trust him. So I went up, and I have to say that he fulfilled what he told me 110%. They compared their price with their competitors (which I had already negotiated with) and it was the lowest. Worst dealer Experience? 10/21/2008

I went there to look at three cars, a Evo, STI, and Acura TL. As soon as I arrived in the parking lot I was stopped by a guy named Tom, that immidiately wanted to show me the cars. Soon we found out that both the Evo and the STI were gone, but the TLs where there ... all three of them had cosmetic problems (scratches, stuff coming out, smelled bad, etc) that per se isn't a problem, but for being an expensive car didn't quite meet my requirements. Then Tom had the brilliant idea of showing me a supped up GTO. I had to go for a test drive (well, sit in the passenger sit, while HE DROVE THE CAR) we went to the gas station to put gas, and on the freeway where Tom could enjoy the fast ride. Ok, he realized that I wasn't into the GTO, so he let me look at the other cars. While I finally was relaxing there came Cory, I think the inventory manager that jumped into the seat of another Acura with me and told me to go for a test drive. After hearing that I didn't like the car, he made me pull into the dealership and take another one. Finally I get to drive the TL I think ... but wait ... we had to put gas on that one too. This place will do anything or say anything to get a sale. They told me and my husband we could get our car and pay 400 for eight months and then refinance it down to 200 a month. They also said if that didn't work they would trade it in for a different car where my payments will be 200. Went back and they refused to be honest and do what they said they would do. Tried to trade my car in for less than half of what is owed on it. Do not care about anything or anyone just making a quick buck. Cons: Liers more

I just want to thank Midway for getting me my car. The last guy that posted a review actually scared me with his review. But whereas nobody else could get me a car I decided to go there. It was easy and nobody there made me feel like I deserved a worse car than what I wanted. When I went to other dealerships, they would tell me that all I could get was some piece of junk, and midway got me what I wanted and nothing less. I have had my car now for 3 months and I love it and I haven't had any problems with it. Pros: They got me financed when noone else could. Cons: I don't have any more

Biggest crooks in town 6/26/2008

I bought a vehicle from these crooks, the check engine light came on the first day. I went back they said they would fix it and sent me to their garage for repair. All these guys did was delete the codes that made the check engine light come on. The light came on again the very next day, I went back, again they sent me to their garage, the mechanics put in new (but the wrong spark plugs). Again the check engine light came on. I went back again, they made one exuse after another why they couldn't get the engine light turned off. I finally gave up and decided to get it fixed myself. BIG MISTAKE, I took it the the dealership, needed a new coil pack, and has 4 bent valves so now it needs a valve job. The previous owner downshifted and redlined it causing the valves to bend. Midway erased all the codes, so that it was impossible to see when and what caused the valves to bend. The dealership had to call their tech-center to determine what happened. Midway takes no responsibility, claims it was my fault because the year of the auto didn't require inspection or emmision and I never asked for it, nor did they provide a carfax, they claim carfax isn't really a true picture of the condition of the car. The guys are the bigges crooks, the person that gave them 5 stars must have been an employee or a family member, there is no way the service even rates a 1. They should be put out of their misery and the misery they have caused many of their customers. I am stuck now with a car I can't drive or can't sell,I learned a good lesson which will affect me in any future auto purchases, Don't trust car salesmen especially used car salesman, mainly, a salesman named Carl. He has now moved on to a different dealership so buyers beware.... Cons: Lie to sell a car more

I have bought over 35 vehicles in my life and never have I recieved the service to get me the vehicle that I wanted before. I always read the reviews on city search before I go anywhere and I saw the two that had posted bad reviews about this dealership and all I can say is they must be retarded. So I feel it my upmost duty to let everybody know that if you understand in any way how to buy a car this will be a great place to buy! If you're stupid then buy from some buy here pay here and go get your daily pay day loan, but don't bash a place that bends over backwards to get you what you ask for. Pros: will do ANYTHING for customers to make a deal Cons: they're lot only holds about 100-150 cars more

I went in just looking at cars and they bullied me into a car, when I found a car I liked they lied to me and said they could get me the car for 500 a month and with a 6% interest, they hid the interest rate from me on the contract and just made me sign fast, later I found out they made my payments 900 a month with an interest rate of 24%!!! then they made me get into a different car I didn't like!!! the payments were still 670 a month with a rate of 22%!! They refused to undo the contract and give me my previous truck back, these guys are CROOKS!!! Don't ever go to them, they ruined my life by giving me a car I didn't want with payments I can barely make! If you go to them please, PLEASE just walk right back out, I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy! Pros: there could never be any pro's Cons: ruins your life! more
