IT HAS CHANGED ALOT FROM THE FIRST TIME…\r \r IT HAS CHANGED ALOT FROM THE FIRST TIME I WAS THERE BACK IN THE BEGINING OF 2012 TO NOW APRIL 2013\r \r Its worth the prices! Its pretty cheap and the front desk ppl are nice.\r \r The room its self are very decent looking i was there for 3 days the first time in a one bed and second time i was in a two bed with kitchen for a week. In town taking care of some buss and i loved the 2 bed is really really nice nothing to complain the one bed is okay but it didn have fridge or microwave.\r \r I would recomend this place. more

For those who don't know... the property is owned by a man who is being sued for unwanted sexual advances on guests at other hotel/motel properties that he owns. The city has already shut down and blocked any and all efforts (as of 2010) to re-open a third property. The on site managers (three brothers) also run about three or four on-line companies; mainly specializing in refurbishing mattresses and other items, to be resold to other hotel/motels and similar institutions. That's why you can go by the property at almost anytime, and see like 30 to 50 mattresses stored on the property. The manager who the other posters are referring to as foul mouthed is also suspected of being drunk on duty a lot. He is the less accomplished of the three brothers, and is basically working there at their leisure. Once he thinks your a ""good ole boy"" and believe like they do, he will let all kinds of things slip out. I'm an ex-marine that still looks the part, and after only a couple of conversations, I had this day ""manager"" telling me where the best strippers are who give oral; how the neighborhood was ""too dark"" for his taste; and where everybody goes to score drugs...no, he's not very smart. To have fair disclosure, there is civil litigation pending against them that I am a part of. I have one of the brothers and some of his friends on video physically assaulting me one night. And yes, they always come at people with weapons and numbers. I watched them threaten and or attack a few people during my stay there. Save yourself a lot of drama. There is a way nicer place maybe a half a mile north that is also like $20 a week cheaper...with a pool. If you want proof of what I say, just Google the property address and then continue on with the various companies listing the same address. You'll find the court cases when you Google the property owners name on the county tax records. more

This place was the worst place I have ever been too. There were water beetles coming out of the bed and the sheets. The sheets had pubic hairs all over them. The bath tub floor was covered in mold and cigarette burns. We asked to switch the rooms three times, unfortunately all rooms were horrible, disgusting, not sanitized. The manager is rude and uses foul language to deal with problems. The neighborhood is not all that but we ended up going to a place down the street who had a cleaner and bigger room, friendly staff and at a cheaper price. I will never go Midtown Inn again and I will tell everyone I know to stay away. Cons: Dirty Rooms, Violent Staff more
