Damaged Vehicle 10/7/2014

The shop damaged my vehicle during installation. Brett called to advise me of the damage and offered to repair the damage. I had the damage repaired at a body shop and the company has still not reimbursed me as promised, three months later. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and am proceeding with legal action. I feel it is important to advise possible customers of the shops lack of responsibility and proper follow through to pay for damages they caused to a new vehicle. more
