We had new granite countertops put in kitchen a year ago, total approx. $9000. Customer service was great until job completed. I wrote two letters and called and left several messages to no avail. I noticed after the job was completed one corner was left unfinished. Not a big deal, easy fix if they had only returned one of my numerous messages. I was happy with everything up until the day the installers left and the customer service stopped. It was almost as if once they got their money, they didn't want anything to do with you. Customer service goes a long ways with me...even more than price. A big shame, because the actual granite is beautiful. This is our second experience with installing granite. Would not recommend Midland Marble and Granite.
Pros: Great workmanship, friendly installers
Cons: Customer service once job completed. Does not return phone calls/letters.
