On our first trip to Treasure Island, we were told that we simply MUST eat at the Middle Grounds Grill. As we entered, we were greeted and seated immediately by the friendly hostess. We enjoyed looking at the fish tank, and she re-seated us in a perfect viewing location. While we waited for our food, we listened to a live guitarist singing easy listening hits that did not overpower our conversation or our dining experience. Our waiter provided a Disney-level of service, and the food was impeccable. This, in conjunction with the remarkably well-contrived ambiance makes the Middle Grounds Grill a cut above every other restaurant on the Gulf Boulevard strip. Try it, you'll love it.
Pros: Laid back atmosphere, waiters are amazingly prompt.
Cons: A little pricey, but worth the dining experience.
