Excellent Service 8/31/2011

I'm sorry you had problems with your brakes DN0022. But I have had excellent service done every time i go into Midas of Lee's Summit. In defence to my mechanic shop I would like to say they are not the same people in Gladstone. And who knows if you have had any other issues with your vehicle. Its always easy to blame the mechanic for something because they are ""supposed"" to know your car. Obviously your brakes lasted 6 months, but we don't know how you drive, or if their were other issues with your vehicle. more

RIP OFF 1/30/2010

I have had to have my brakes done 3 times at Midas. First the one in Gladstone and then I noticed bad shaking of my steering wheel. Not turning but shaking. Took it to the Midas in Lee's Summit in July of 2009 and I need new brakes again and they want to charge my almost 300 dollars. They ""supposedly"" replaced the pads and rotors all 3 times they changed them. So if you want your brakes to last longer than 6 months DON'T got to Midas. Cons: Don't go here even if your car is on its last leg. more
