I brought my vehicle to the Florence Midas to check/refill the Air Conditioner because I had a coupon. The Manager found every excuse not to honor the coupon then required that I make an appointment. Even with an appointment, it took the mechanics 30 minutes to begin inspecting the vehicle and ""repairing"" the problem which took all of 15 minutes. As soon as I drove off the lot, the vehicle stalled at a stop light. The stalling problem did not occur before I took the car in to them or if I had the air conditioner off. \r

I don't drive much, but when I did, the stalling continued and the cool air was warmer a week later. I returned the vehicle to check for leaks, again having to make an appointment, and again waiting 30 minutes for service, only to receive an astronomical $1400 estimate for repairs. I discussed this with the manager and told him I was disatisfied with their service, but all I got was attitude.\r

From my experience, they are not very customer-oriented and could care less about customer satifaction.\r

I live very close to the Florence Midas, but I will not be wasting my time or money with them in the future.\r
