I bought a battery that turned out to be bad from this Midas, but my complaint is how I was treated trying to get compensated for the inconvenience. more

I took my car to this store to get a tune up--- they charged me $ 80 just to replace the spark plugs-- then put the wrong plugs in my car & in the process damaged the spark plug wires. I was originally told I could get my money back but then they revoked that offer & I drove away with my car running much worse than before I had taken it in. Terrible!!! more

I took my car to this location to get the spark plugs replaced--- they charged my $80 just to replace the spark plugs. After replacing the spark plugs the engine was running worse than before. I went back the next day after the manager promised to do "whatever it takes" to fix the problem. They told me that they had put in the wrong spark plugs the first time around and that a different set of new spark plugs could do the trick. However the car was still running rough after they replaced the spark plugs-- presumably because they had damaged the spark plug wires in the process. In the end, they refused to give me new wires or a refund & I drove away with my car running worse than when I originally brought it in. This is the worst auto shop I have ever patronized!!! more

I've been to several Midas but they are very reliable and will give you checklists after each oil change. They also offer free oil change after 5th time. PROS: reliable & friendly service CONS: more
