Ido alot of my own repair work, but some things I can't do in the back yard. I bowl at Brookgate lanes across the street and thought I would try Midas so I could bowl while getting the car done! I needed the spark plug wires changed and on the left side they are bnuried by the altenator and a heater hose. There is a 90degree plastic heat shield protecting the wires from touching the valve cover and plastic tree clip to keep the wires off the block! To do it right isn't easy and I was willing to pay for it! Came to pick-up car and they had it right at the door so I didn't see till I got home what a hatchet job thier "so called" Tech did.No plastic heat shield No plastic tree clip! A crappy " get done as fast as I can" job I could have done myself! Went back up there and I use the term loosely Tech said they were broke! Ipersonally know that wasn't true! I asked him if that was true why wasn't I informed? NO ANSWER! I also had a fuel filter change and I don't know if it was really done b more

I needed the sparkplug wires changed and on left bank side they are buried by the altenator and a heater hose. they have a plastic heat shield bent at 90 degrees around the valve cover to protect the wires and a plastic stem the wires snap into to keep them off the block! It wasn't an easy job thanks to Ford's engineering so Iwas willing to pay to have it done right! Went to pick up car and had it right at the door! Got home and saw a hatchet job! no heat shield,no wire holder! Went back up there and Iuse the term loosely, Tech said they were broken which was a lie. Ipersonally knew they weren't. Iasked him why I wasn't told about this. No answer!! He did a " get it done as fast as I can job" and that's what I didn't want or I would have done it myself. I also had the fuel filter changed and I really don't know for sure if he really did it! It is buried under the car! I'm sorry but I wouldn't trust this place to change a tire well alone a more diffucult task. more
