So I brought my 2007 Infinity SUV for an inspection and oil change, mind you the car is only a year and a half old with 20K miles on it, thinking maybe I walk out paying $75 tops ($37 for the inspection and $20 for the oil change). The owner then calls me up and tells me $380 total, telling me my rear brakes are shot, my wipers are shot, he wants to cut the roaters, change the air filter and fix the fuel injection. He said he wouldnt pass me on the inspection without at least the wipers and the brakes. He said the brakes alone he wanted $200 for the rear set. I told him what are you crazy? Why would I need to cut the roaters on a car thats less then two years old? He then said ""well im failing you on the inspection if you dont do at least the brake job for $200 and the wipers for $30"". So I said fine, fail me and I will get the car fixed on my own. When I went to go pay the bill $62 (20 for the oil change and 37 for the failed inspection +tax), I asked him if I brought the car back after the repairs, could he then inspect it again. He then said ""Sorry since your getting the repairs elsewhere, we cant make you car a priority and youll have to leave it here for a few days"". \r

Definately not a way to keep a customer nor do business. The funny thing was the year before I went there for my inspection and had no problems. I was in and out in 15 min with a bill of $15 or so.\r
