not only did they NOT repair the items they said they would... they did not call us to say our car was ""ready"". A day later we called them and they instructed us to come anytime before six to get it. We showed up at least an hour early to find our car WIDE open, every window and moon roof too, and the shop was closed. Real nice. Instead of leaving our car there to get rained in, stolen, or items stolen from it, we had to go get our spare keys and get our car back. When we came back the next day I asked the man in the front what happened w/ our car and he said :""ummm... I dunno where it is right now"".
