The staff is very friendly and they had the work done so fast! The price was great too because I had a coupon. For my next oil change, I will be back to Midas.

I had a coupon to replace the brakes for $69.99. First I waited in the lobby for HOURS before they took my car. Then the mechanic gives me and estimate for $500! I have to expl...

Everyone was very helpful - included customer education on things that needed to be fixed. Helped me to prioritize what's needed most, how much time to wait for the next thing and gave me estimates for future work. Great team! Thanks. more

Expensive, OK work 12/27/2008

I agree with the other two reviews. I had a coupon for some work, dropped the car off and got an estimate WAY MORE than what they said it would be. Even with the coupon it was WAY EXPENSIVE. They did a OK job, but it took a whole day to do it so I had to wait over the weekend before I could get my car back. Pros: OK work Cons: Expensive, inconvenient hours more

Good Quality work...But WAAYY expensive!!! 12/17/2007

I bring all my used cars ( 3 cars year 97 and below) to this shop and I always get quality work when I bring my cars here.The only problem is that the prices can be a bit ridiculous! When I have have car trouble and money is tight and I try to take it to a less expensive auto shop ( not always the same shop either) I end up bringing it back to midas because the cars break down again! With this shop work is guaranteed for at least 90 days. So, I guess you really do get what you pay for!!! Pros: QUALITY WORK Cons: TOO DAMN EXPENSIVE!! more

It's gonna cost more than they say! 6/13/2005

I had a coupon to replace the brakes for $69.99. First I waited in the lobby for HOURS before they took my car. Then the mechanic gives me and estimate for $500! I have to explain that the coupon says 'INSTALLED' then he works the price down to $130, still charging me to resurface the rotors. Also, they say the $69.99 brakes are the lowest quality. If I say no, they charge my a diagnostic fee so I go ahead and put on the cheap brakes for $130. The mechanic keeps on disappearing and I wait two more hours for it to get done. Yck. The only good part was that the candy machine was broken so my daughter was about to get the skittles out w/o me paying 25 cents ;) Cons: Long Wait, Jacked up prices more
