Ok- Muffler obviously needed to be fixed. DONE!!! \r \r And a fabulous job was done... except when I called back the company/store to ask a question about a noise (twice)--- NOBODY ever got back to me! Although the new muffler/exhause appears to be in ""tip top"" shape.... The strange new noise issue was never resolved- and i cannot give 5 stars for that. Pros: Solid mechanics! This facility does not rebuild engines or transmissions but for the kinds of things they do this place is top notch. They always stand behind their work, they have good hours and their prices are about as good as\r you're going to find anywhere. I've had them do weird things like fix a door lock on a door that was bashed\r in when I bought the car. They had to be creative in their approach to get it to work. They've given me and my family members a ride home after dropping our car off. Occasionally they've been able to fix something in less than five minutes and haven't even charged me for the repair! Jim, the manager, has excellent \r customer service and always appreciates the business his customers bring him. The waiting area is\r clean and spacious.
