I used Midway back in June 2006 because it was the most affordable from the different companies I looked at during that time. They came out the same day I called, which at the time I thought was great. Once they left, a couple of days later, I had a different problem. So of course I called them again to get someone out ASAP, because it was very hot. One month and 1/2 later, I called them because of the same problem. I phoned on a Friday night because this company is suppose to have 24 hours service call. At the time I was calm, because the problem just happened. The phone operator informed me she will page a service technician. Saturday, I waited around all day, and no one phone me back, so I called again.
