Best ENT in the city 3/15/2010

Dr. Casey is the very best ENT in New Orleans. He is aggressive and gives shots when they are needed. I usually feel better than afternoon or the next morning. Dr. Casey really cares about his patients and wants them to feel better ASAP. He is also really great with children. A++++++++++++++ for Dr. Casey and that nutty nurse Ms. Dee. Awful experience with receptionist 8/10/2008

I made an appointment here because my father is one of Dr. Casey's patients. When I called to make the appointment, the receptionist was so rude to me that I was horrified. She was insensitive and made fun of my hearing disability. She was sarcastic and treated me like my disability affected my intellect. It made me feel so awful that I called the following morning and cancelled the appointment. I can't believe someone, especially in New Orleans, would treat a new patient this way. more
