Micronet is the place to go. I had some viruses on my computer and they were very quick, personable, and got my computer back to it's old self within 24 hours. The price was extremely affordable as well. I definitely recommend this to anyone in the Fresno area. more

My old laptop died finally, Charles and his crew had kept it running for the last couple years of its life, doing the impossible I thought but every time I got it back it was working like new,alas it died. I talked with Charles about a new computer, he asked a few questions and came up with what turns out to be the very best computer I have ever had, period. He did not try to upsell anything and the transaction went perfect. I ordered this custom built unit one day and the next day picked up my computer ready to go..... How is that for fast service??? When you go to Micronet be prepared to spend a little extra time, as while you are there discussing your computer issues you will also pick up some inside knowledge of how these things really work, all for free! When my business computer died with all of my quickbooks files on it, I thought it was a lost cause to get my data back, but Charles and his crew were able to fix in it a day. Charles was friendly and personable, and reassured me that he would do everything he could to fix my ten year old computer. In less than 24 hours I had my computer back as good as new. These days, its difficult to get anything repaired without having to deal with extra BS, but not at Micronet. Charles helped me out and I was really impressed by the service. He got right to it, explained everything to me in detail, but was very laid-back and really a nice funny guy. There was no pressure to hurry and make a decision nor to purchase anything extra. In fact, they threw in an external HD case for my recovered HD, at no extra charge. I was just really impressed by there honesty, knowledge, and quick, friendly service. I had fried my family's computer, so we had to get it wiped. :( oops. Don't use FlyAKite OS X!! That's what messed it up. Anyway, Micro Net took the computer, somehow pulled all our safe and undamaged files off, cleared the computer, and then put them back on. Our computer works as good as a 7 year old computer can get!! A few months later, I wanted my own computer, so we went to Micro Net and they built an AMAZING computer for me!! It operates very smoothly, and the drives work very well. They chose their parts very carefully and built the computer based upon my needs. I do special effects and video work, so they gave me a really good graphics card, a nice video card, and a 20"" HD Monitor which is really good for any kind of work or play. Plus Charles and Jeremy are awesome guys! They're really friendly and they make you feel at home. I'd recommend Micro Net for all your computer needs. It seems they are in this business because they enjoy building and maintaining computer systems. A very personable staff, you aren't leaving without laughing. Small place with good people. We took are pc to them and they where able to figure out what was wrong with it rather quickly. Much better then the other big stores where people don't even treat your pc with care. Good thing that I took my pc to this place. They where fast and helpful with every thing. They help and Explain what we had to do to return are broken parts. They even helped me take the pc to the car in the end. more

Can I say that I just love these guys, they have names like Grumpy, Germy, T.F., New-Guy, Old-Guy and Popo, they even have their own wallpaper, they also have the knowledge to make your computer perform like a champ. I know that I'm no computer guru, but I believe that the guys at Micronet Computers are. There are many stores out there professing to be the best in computers, but they aren't. I've been to many places to have my computers fixed and waited days or even weeks to get my computer back, not true at Micronet Computers. Pros: Everything they do is magic, great service, excellent knowledge, timely service and they're easy to deal with. Cons: They could use a little larger place. more

The guys at Micronet Computers are just plain smart, they work quickly and have great prices, and above all they're honest and helpful. They're kind of out of the way, but service this good is worth the trip. The owner helped me with my e-mail issues because my DSL provider couldn't seem to get my Outlook program to work. more

This could quite possibly be the best computer repair service and computer builder in the entire Central Valley. The guys there are very knowledgable in their technical expertise, and the owner made us feel like family. The Charles is a hands on type of guy who orchestrates the whole thing from computer repair to website design, data recovery and having a good time while he does it. more
